1 General Provisions and Definitions

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000, is available. A 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met before withdrawing from the bonus. 4.2 Weekly Deposit Reward

Weekly 3999 vip deposit reward — 20% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; 15x wagering; minimum deposit ৳500. This bonus can be claimed once per week on any working day.

4.3 Friday Special Offer

Friday special load offer — 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000; 18x wagering; minimum deposit ৳500. Can be claimed once each Friday and Saturday.

4.4 General Bonus Terms

• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be considered void.
• If a bonus is misused or fraud is attempted, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.
• 3999 vip reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

3999 vip has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each level.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback will apply.

VIP level upgrades depend on active participation on the site. No separate application is needed to receive cashback — it is added to the account automatically.

6 Permitted Use and Prohibited Activities

The 3999 vip platform may only be used for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

1. Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
2. Using any software, bot, crawler or automated method to place bets or play games.
3. Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial transactions.
4. Attempting to obtain bonus or promotional benefits through fraud.
5. Harassing, harming or deceiving other members.
6. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the site to gain an unfair advantage.
7. Conducting betting or gaming on behalf of or with the funds of a third party.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and legal action may be taken if necessary.

10 Mobile Application Use

3999 vip's Android (APK) and iOS applications are available through official channels. These terms and conditions apply in full to downloading and using the app. 3999 vip will not be responsible for any security risks arising from downloading the app from unauthorized sources.

11 Customer Support and Complaints

For any issue or complaint, our customer support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.

12 Limitation of Liability

3999 vip provides its service on an "as is" basis. The platform will not be liable for any loss caused by technical faults, internet outages or external factors. 3999 vip reserves the right to void any reward or winnings resulting from a software or technical error.

Game results are controlled by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and others). 3999 vip has no direct control over these results.

13 Changes to Terms and Notifications

3999 vip may partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on the site. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or site notifications.

Continued use of the site after any change means you have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request cancellation of your membership.

14 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, a resolution will first be sought through discussion. If that does not resolve the matter, both parties may follow the applicable legal process.

If any part or all of any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force.
